How Emotional Intelligence Creates Clarity Under Pressure
Date: Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Time: 12:00 p.m. ET
Format: Live Zoom Webinar
Cost: $25
Lawyers are trained to think critically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions under pressure – but few are taught how their own emotional state influences those abilities. This session explores the science of emotional intelligence and why emotions are not barriers, but valuable sources of information when understood and regulated well. Through engaging discussion and practical exercises, participants will learn to recognize and accurately name emotions, use strategies to regulate them without suppressing them, and strengthen social awareness. Participants will leave with practical tools to think more clearly, respond more intentionally, and lead with greater composure in high-pressure situations.
This program has been approved in Kentucky for 1 CLE credit.
