When Business and Personal Auto Insurance Collide

Date: Tuesday, January 13, 2026

Time: 12:00 p.m., ET

Format: Zoom Webinar

This one-hour CLE webinar equips attorneys with a practical framework for analyzing auto insurance coverage issues. The program examines key policy language, including the definition of an “insured,” eligibility versus coverage, common exclusions, and endorsements that impact liability. Attendees will explore how coverage applies to employee-owned vehicles used for business, employer-provided vehicles, leased or rented autos, and delivery-related use—issues commonly arising in client counseling, claims analysis, and coverage disputes.
