Erika N. L. Harold
Erika N. L. Harold serves as Executive Director of the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, overseeing statewide education on civility, ethics, and inclusion for lawyers and judges. A former litigator and Harvard Law School graduate, she also teaches at Harvard Law’s Trial Advocacy Workshop and is a nationally recognized speaker on professionalism and leadership. Erika’s recent work includes leading the Commission’s groundbreaking research initiative on bullying in the legal profession, which has received widespread national media coverage.
