Confronting a Culture of Intimidation

A groundbreaking report published by the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism reveals that bullying affects nearly one in four lawyers — and disproportionately harms women, attorneys with disabilities, and lawyers from underrepresented backgrounds. Join Erika Harold, the Commission on Professionalism’s Executive Director, as she unpacks the data, explores the ethical and cultural costs of bullying, and offers actionable strategies for preventing and addressing this conduct within law firms, courts, and legal organizations.
