KBA Program

Information

We understand the time pressure many young lawyers face - acclimating to practice, learning the law, networking, the list goes on and on. The Young Lawyers Division wants to support members through a series of mini-CLEs! The goal is to help members expand their knowledge in more manageable timeframes throughout the year instead of having to carve out larger chunks of time that often cannot be found.
By registering online, you'll have access to a variety of 15-minute CLE programs on demand as we work to build out our library of options. Access is free to YLD members - another benefit of joining the Young Lawyers Division! Non-YLD members can purchase access during the 2026-27 bar year for only $20 plus fees. YLD membership is open to all KBA members age 40 and under and all KBA members who have practiced law 10 years or less regardless of age. How to Access the YLD Mini CLE On-Demand Sessions:

1. After you have registered, go to the KBA website: kybar.org
2. Log in to your account by clicking “Login” at the top right corner of the homepage. (Once logged in, click on “My Dashboard” in the top right corner.)
3. From your Dashboard, look at the menu on the left and select the “Events” icon.
4. At the top of the Events page, click the blue button labeled “YLD Mini CLE On-Demand.” IMPORTANT: Make sure you are clicking on the blue button ABOVE the “My Registration List” and not the event name under it.  (Tip: You may need to scroll up to see this button.)
5. This will take you to the YLD Mini CLE On-Demand page, where you’ll find: 
   On-Demand videos 
   Course materials 
   Kentucky CLE Reporting instructions 
   Out-of-state accreditation information
