Information

The winter offering of the New Lawyer Program will be on Friday, January 23, 2026, at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown. It consists of one day of in-person sessions and a second day via on-demand programming. On-demand programming must be completed by Friday, February 13, 2026. 

This program is free to new members who are required to take it. 

Other attorneys may attend at a cost of $250.

*The on-demand sessions are a mandatory and exclusive part of the Winter NLP Program (not available for those attending the Summer NLP Program).

How to Access the NLP On-Demand Sessions:

1. After you have registered, go to the KBA website: kybar.org
2. Log in to your account by clicking “Login” at the top right corner of the homepage. (Once logged in, click on “My Dashboard” in the top right corner.)
3. From your Dashboard, look at the menu on the left and select the “Events” icon.
4. At the top of the Events page, click the blue button labeled “NLP On-Demand.” IMPORTANT: Make sure you are clicking on the button ABOVE the “My Registration List” and not the event name under it.  (Tip: you may need to scroll up to see this button.)
5. This will take you to the NLP On-Demand page, where you’ll find: 
   On-Demand videos 
   Course materials 
   Required Certificate of Attendance
