CLE Provider Portal Instructions

 

Step 1: Identify your Email of Record.

Your email will be the email in which you previously received your Accreditation Approvals. If you DO NOT KNOW your email of record, please email Clifford Timberlake at ctimberlake@kybar.org.


Step 2: Reset Password.

  • Visit https://kybar.org/ and click on “Login” in the upper right-hand corner of any KBA webpage.
  • Click “Reset Password” or “Forgot Password.”
  • Enter your email address (email in which you were previously receiving your Accreditation Approvals) and click “Send Login Information.”  
  • The system will send you an email with reset instructions to the email you entered.
  • Follow the instructions to Create a New Password (You will be required to create a new password).


Step 3: Once logged in, click MY DASHBOARD in the top right corner of any KBA webpage.


Step 4: Click on CLE PROVIDER PORTAL on the left side of the dashboard.



Step 5: Navigate through the CLE PROVIDER PORTAL to find the information or applicable action you need to take.

  • View Your Organization Profile
  • Submit “New Application”
  • View “Approved (Future),” “Approved (Past),” and “Pending” Programs
  • “Download Course Listing”
  • Access “Provider Payment Information” including all invoices generated in the new system. If you need an invoice generated in the former system, please reach out to Clifford Timberlake at ctimberlake@kybar.org.
