SCR 3.040 requires all attorneys to pay dues annually to the KBA on or before September 1.

Members may pay their membership dues online with a credit card or ACH. To pay your dues online, log in to the KBA website, select “My Dashboard” in the top right corner, and then select “Renew Membership.”

The Office of Bar Counsel of the Kentucky Bar Association, appointed under SCR 3.155, is responsible for investigating complaints of conduct that violate SCR 3.130 by lawyers practicing in this Commonwealth, and for prosecuting charges of professional misconduct issued by the Inquiry Commission.
