Join Keith Wilts and James Yoder as they provide attorneys with an overview of key auto insurance coverage issues, including the definition of “insured,” the distinction between eligibility and coverage, common exclusions, and available endorsements. The presentation examines how business and personal auto policies apply in practical scenarios, such as employee-owned vehicles used for business purposes, employer-provided vehicles, leased or rented automobiles, and vehicles used for delivery or other commercial services. Attorneys will gain insight into identifying potential coverage gaps and advising clients on risk exposure.
