Appellate Advocacy

1. Promote discussion within the KBA of concerns of lawyers engaged in appellate advocacy
2. Serve and educate its members
3. Conduct programs of interest and value to appellate advocates
4. Provide the resources and support for training and/or information sharing among attorneys engaged in appellate advocacy
5. Assist attorneys in discharging their professional responsibilities to their clients in appellate advocacy
6. Research and recommend new procedures and statutes that will improve Appellate Advocacy practice in Kentucky
7. Provide a medium for communication and cooperation among attorneys who engage in appellate advocacy

Dues: $15/yr
