Purpose

  1. Ensure that attorneys in Kentucky are sensitive to the needs of students, parents, teachers, school councils, school boards and other entities who may have a need to be represented by an attorney in the area of education law
  2. Provide high quality education in Kentucky
  3. Provide an opportunity for attorneys in Kentucky to share information in the area of education law
  4. Provide continuing legal education in the area of education law to attorneys in Kentucky
  5. Promote discussion within the KBA of concerns of lawyers engaged in the practice of education law

Dues: $20/yr
