Immigration & Nationality Law

1. Serve members of the Kentucky Bar Association who are committed to the just administration and improvement of Immigration & Nationality law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
2. Increase the knowledge and skills of Association members involved in the practice of Immigration & Nationality law
3. Promote education of the public concerning immigration issues
4. Coordinate and inform members of the Association about issues related to the immigration law and/or the representation of foreign nationals as they arise in other areas of the law
5. Inform and advocate for the immigration-related interests of our clients, the Association and the public before the legislative branch, the judiciary and federal agencies
6. Encourage cultural competency and awareness in practitioners and judges

Dues: $20/yr
