We hope you join us in Covington for the 2026 Annual Convention on June 11 - 12, 2026! There are now even more opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors to connect with the Kentucky Bar membership to promote their products & services.
Becoming an exhibitor and/or sponsor at the 2026 Annual Convention provides you with an opportunity to:
- Enhance your brand
- Increase sales
- Educate customers
- Gain valuable input and feedback
- Generate leads
- Forge new relationships and partnerships
The following items will be provided in all exhibitor packages:
- (1) booth ID sign
- (1) 8' skirted table
- (2) folding chairs
- (1) wastebasket
You may request additional services listed below on forms you will receive in your exhibitor kit from Fern:
- Drayage/Shipping
- Telephone
- Internet
- Electricity
- Audio Visual
Additional charges will be payable as indicated on the individual request forms. The exhibitor kits will be sent approximately six (6) weeks prior to the convention dates.
Exhibitor Raffle
Further promote your organization during the convention by holding individual raffles at your booth. This encourages interaction between your company and the attendee and allows you to receive numerous business cards for contacts after the convention. If you decide to hold an individual raffle, and your prize includes food or beverages, please be sure to check with the Northern Kentucky Convention Center to make sure your prize is approved.
