Nicole Bearse became a member of Kentucky Bar Association in 2004 and has been a certified Family Mediator with the Kentucky Administrative Offices of the Courts since 2006. As a graduate of University of Kentucky College of Law she concentrates 95 percent of her effort on family law and the remaining 5 percent on legal procedures including wills, living wills, and power of attorney.
Throughout Nicole Bearse's legal career she worked as a staff member for Hon. O. Reed Rhorer from 2003 to 2006, served as a mediator coach for the Kentucky Administrative Offices of the Courts and is a current Board Member of the Legal Aid of the Bluegrass and Lesley University Alumni Council.
